Vegan Nacho Cheese recipe

Use this cheese for nachos, french fries, mac n' cheese, salads, and honestly anything & everything!


2 carrots, chopped

3 small gold potatoes, chopped

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 cup plant milk (add more if needed)

1/4 cup franks hot sauce


  1. Boil carrot & potatoes in pot for 10 minutes. Strain & add to blender.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender & blend until smooth. If needed you can add more plant milk depending on the consistency you like.

  3. Enjoy!
