Vegan Cinnamon Rolls recipe
These are fluffy, moist & delicious cinnamon rolls that make the perfect cozy breakfast or snack.⠀

Ingredients:⠀
Dough:⠀
2 TB vegan butter⠀
1 cup plant milk⠀
1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)⠀
1 TB raw sugar⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀
3 cups all-purpose flour⠀
⠀
Filling:⠀
3 TB vegan butter⠀
1/4 cup sugar⠀
1 TB cinnamon⠀
⠀
Frosting:⠀
1 cup powdered sugar⠀
2 TB plant milk⠀
⠀
Instructions:⠀
1. Melt butter & plant milk. Add yeast to mixture and let sit for 10 min.⠀
⠀
2. Add the sugar & salt, stir. Add 1/2 cup flour at a time while mixing.⠀
⠀
3. Take dough ball out and knead it a few times on lightly floured surface.⠀
⠀
4. Coat a new bowl with olive oil, then put dough ball inside & cover with towel in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.⠀

5. Once risen, put dough on a lightly floured surface to roll out into a rectangle with rolling pin.⠀
⠀
6. Melt butter & brush on rectangle. Then add the cinnamon & sugar evenly.⠀
⠀
7. Roll up the rectangle lengthways until it’s a tight tube. Then take floss and cut into 1” pieces.⠀
⠀
8. Add cinnamon rolls to a greased pan & cover with towel to rise for 15 minutes.⠀
⠀
9. Heat oven to 350F. Cook rolls for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on the top.⠀
⠀
10. Combine the powdered sugar & milk to make the frosting. Add on top of the cinnamon rolls once cooled.⠀
