The EASIEST Waffle recipe (healthy too!)

This is what I make to look like I'm serving up an extravagant breakfast, but really it's so simple. I also make these when I need something quick to eat on the go. Basically whenever I need to make something quick, these are my go to!

Servings: 3 Waffles


Ingredients:

2 cups oats

1.5 ripe bananas

1.5 any plant milk

1/2 TB baking powder


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth.

  2. Pour batter onto a greased waffle iron & cook per instructions.

  3. Top with anything you like (my fav is strawberries, maple syrup, and coconut whipped cream). Enjoy!
