Thanksgiving Stuffing recipe

This dish tastes like a cozy Thanksgiving, haha - if that makes sense. It is so comforting and so classic, we love it!

Ingredients: 1 loaf of seeded gluten free bread (or any bread), cubed 2 TB vegan. butter 1 onion, chopped 2 celery sticks, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning salt & pepper to taste 2-3 cups veggie broth


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Cube the bread and place on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes.

  3. In a pan add the vegan butter, celery & onion. Cook until translucent, about 6 minutes.

  4. Next add the garlic and seasonings and cook for 3 more minutes.

  5. When the bread is done baking, add it to a bowl then cover it with the seasoned veggies from the pan.

  6. Add in veggie broth until the bread is moist, but not too wet.

  7. Add stuffing back onto the baking sheet and bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or until top is crunchy.
