Spicy Garlic Tofu Bowl recipe
This bowl is for those who want something super easy, delicious, and filling. It has quickly became a favorite in our house!

Ingredients:
1 block of tofu, cubed
Sauce:
2 TB cornstarch
2 TB maple syrup
1 TB sriracha
1 TB soy sauce
2 TB garlic, minced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 pepper, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 stalk of green onion, diced
1 cup cooked rice
Instructions:
1. Toss the cubed tofu with all the sauce ingredients and fry in a pan until browned on all sides.
2. Add the cooked rice and any sliced veggies you want to a bowl. Add the tofu and top with green onions & sesame seeds. Enjoy!
