Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Serving Size: 12 Cookies
1/2 cup coconut sugar (cane works too)
1/2 cup oat flour (just blend up oats)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup plant milk
2 TB dairy-free chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, then add peanut butter & plant milk, and mix well until combined.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Roll batter into balls and add to parchment paper lined pan. Then take a fork and push down center of cookies.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until browned on the edges.
