Healthy Vegan Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
6-8 apples
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup oat flour (or any flour)
1/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3 TB coconut oil
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F.
Peel & chop up apples.
Add apples to a 8X8 pan.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
Sprinkle mixture on top of apples.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with vegan ice cream.
