Healthy Peanut Butter "Reese" Eggs

When I was younger I LOVED when Easter would roll around and Reese's would release their candy peanut butter eggs. I loved how much peanut butter there was and less chocolate. Well now I found a way to make not only a healthier version, but a tastier one too!


1/2 cup peanut butter

2 TB maple syrup

2 TB + 1 tsp coconut flour (or almond flour)

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Sprinkle of seat salt


  1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour together in a small bowl.

  2. Form the mixture into little eggs and press flat. Line a plate with parchment paper & set them all down. Pop in the fridge for 15 minutes to harden.

  3. Next melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30 sec intervals until melted (took me 1 minute total).

  4. Dip the eggs in the chocolate and cover to coat. Set back down on the parchment paper.

  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top of the chocolate covered eggs.

  6. Enjoy!
