EASY Salad Bowl recipe⠀
Load up on veggies and Whole Foods to feel satiated & full. Plus it’s delicious!⠀

Ingredients:⠀
1 cup brown rice (more if you’re still hungry)⠀
3 large handfuls of mixed greens⠀
1/2 cup chickpeas⠀
1 small tomato, chopped⠀
3/4 cup baked squash, chopped⠀
1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)⠀
2 TB capers⠀
Drizzle of aged balsamic⠀
Sprinkle of salt⠀
Hot sauce (optional)⠀

Directions:⠀
Put everything in a large bowl. Drizzle with balsamic and sprinkle with salt. I also like to add hot sauce on mine. Enjoy!⠀
