Easy Fancy Ramen recipe🍜


This recipe is easy, delicious, & a weekly staple for @musicbylukas and me.â €


Ingredients:â €

1 package tofu, slicedâ €

Soy sauceâ €

1 TB ginger, gratedâ €

4 cloves garlic, dicedâ €

1 onion, dicedâ €

4-5 cups veggie brothâ €

2 TB misoâ €

1 TB Srirachaâ €

1 red bell pepper, slicedâ €

1 small carrot, slicedâ €

1 package mushrooms, slicedâ €

1/2 head of broccoli, broken into chunksâ €

3 ramen noodle cakesâ €

Garnish:â €

Green onions, slicedâ €

Cilantroâ €

Srirachaâ €

â €

Instructions:â €

1. Place sliced tofu on a pan with some olive oil. Cool until browned on both sides. Just before taking off heat, add soy sauce to tofu to cook in.â €

2. Sauté ginger, garlic & onion on a pot with a little olive oil until translucent. ⠀

3. Add the broth, miso & sriracha to the pot.â €

4. Toss in all veggies and bring to a boil. â €

5. When boiling, add the ramen noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Take off heat.â €

6. Serve in bowls & garnish with green onions, cilantro & more sriracha. Enjoy!
