Easy Fancy Ramen recipeūüćú


This recipe is easy, delicious, & a weekly staple for @musicbylukas and me.⠀


Ingredients:⠀

1 package tofu, sliced⠀

Soy sauce⠀

1 TB ginger, grated⠀

4 cloves garlic, diced⠀

1 onion, diced⠀

4-5 cups veggie broth⠀

2 TB miso⠀

1 TB Sriracha⠀

1 red bell pepper, sliced⠀

1 small carrot, sliced⠀

1 package mushrooms, sliced⠀

1/2 head of broccoli, broken into chunks⠀

3 ramen noodle cakes⠀

⠀

Garnish:⠀

Green onions, sliced⠀

Cilantro⠀

Sriracha⠀

⠀

Instructions:⠀

1. Place sliced tofu on a pan with some olive oil. Cool until browned on both sides. Just before taking off heat, add soy sauce to tofu to cook in.⠀

2. Sauté ginger, garlic & onion on a pot with a little olive oil until translucent. ⠀

3. Add the broth, miso & sriracha to the pot.⠀

4. Toss in all veggies and bring to a boil. ⠀

5. When boiling, add the ramen noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Take off heat.⠀

6. Serve in bowls & garnish with green onions, cilantro & more sriracha. Enjoy!
