BEST Vegan Brownies EVER recipe
I’m telling you I make these brownies twice a week, every week. And everyone who has tried them (even non-vegans) love them!😍⠀

Ingredients:⠀
1 flax egg⠀
1/3 cup peanut butter⠀
1 tsp apple cider vinegar⠀
1/2 cup maple syrup⠀
1 cup non dairy milk⠀
1.5 cup oat flour⠀
1/2 cup almond flour⠀
1/4 cup cacao powder⠀
1 tsp baking powder⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀
1/3 cup non dairy chocolate chips⠀
⠀
Instructions:⠀
1. Preheat oven to 375F.⠀
⠀
2. Mix 1 TB flax meal with 3 TB water. Set aside.⠀
⠀
3. Combine all wet ingredients and mix well in a bowl.⠀
⠀
4. Combine all dry ingredients and mix in a separate bowl.⠀
⠀
5. Mix the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients & add the flax egg.⠀
⠀
6. Add mixture to a greased brownie pan & bake for 25 minutes until you stick a toothpick in the center, and it comes out clean.⠀

7. Let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy with some non dairy ice cream!⠀
