BEST Healthy Pancakes recipe
The weekend is upon us and that means one thing - pancake breakfast. Cook these up this weekend and you won’t be sorry. This recipe comes from my eBook.⠀

Ingredients:⠀
3 large ripe bananas⠀
2 cups oats⠀
4 TB flax meal⠀
1/4 cup peanut butter⠀
2 cups plant milk⠀
2 tsp cinnamon⠀
1/2 tsp baking powder⠀
1/4 tsp baking soda⠀
⠀
Instructions:⠀
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick batter appears (don’t over blend) Add more plant milk if needed.⠀
⠀
2. Using a spoon of coconut oil, grill these pancakes on a pan until each side is browned.⠀
⠀
3. Top with maple syrup, blueberries, or anything you want!⠀
