Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings recipe

These are a delicious & filling party snack or dinner!

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp pepper

1 cup plant milk (I used almond)

1 head of cauliflower, broken up into bite size

1/2 cup buffalo sauce


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. Add all ingredients (besides cauliflower and buffalo sauce) to a bowl. Mix well.

  3. Take bite-size cauliflower pieces and dip into the batter, shake off excess.

  4. Add to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes on each side.

  5. Brush with buffalo sauce then return to oven and bake for another 20 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
