Vegan Full English Breakfast recipe
I made a Vegan Full English Breakfast!! Typically British breakfast consists of bacon, sausages, eggs, black pudding, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and toast. Yes. Beans! They even like just beans on toast here.
It was one of our favorite things to eat when visiting the first time and since we don’t eat meat...I thought it’d be a great idea to make my own! This breakfast consists of: Scrambled tofu (add turmeric for color)
Vegan bacon (I used a local brand)
Vegan sausages (Linda McCartney brand)
Tomatoes (slice and fry up!)
Portobello mushrooms (place flat and fry on low heat, both sides)
Vegan beans (warmed up)
Raspberry jam & Coconut butter
Coffee & Tea It was so delicious and really brought back the memories. If you haven’t tried a full English breakfast before, you’ve got to...even if it does sound a bit odd.
