1/2 medium apple (cored, skin on, chopped into small pieces)
1/2 medium orange (rind on, sliced into small pieces, large seeds removed)
3-4 Tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
3/4 cup orange juice (plus more to taste)
1/3 cup whiskey (plus more to taste)
750 ml bottle dry Spanish red wine
1. Prepare the fruit.
2. Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir well.
3. Let sit for 2 hours, then pour into glasses with ice.
