Pumpkin Pancakes recipe⬇️
3 large ripe bananas
1.5 cup oats
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cup plant milk
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Dairy-free chocolate chips
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well-combined and oats start disappearing. If the batter is too thick, add more milk.
Heat up a pan and add a small amount of coconut oil.
Use a 1/4 cup to add batter to the pan. Cook until pancake starts to bubble, then flip. Cook until golden brown.
Repeat steps until all batter is gone.
Top with any toppings you'd like! Enjoy.
