2 tea bags of green tea
4 cups boiling water
2 TB maple syrup
1 handful of fresh mint leafs
1 tea pot
Add 2 tea bags to a tea pot, plus 4 cups of boiling water. Stir in maple syrup then add the mint leaves to the tea. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Serve in glasses by pouring as high as you can (Moroccan style).
