FOOD TIP: If veggies are going bad, chop them up & roast them in the oven at 350F for around 30 minutes or so. Once softened, throw into a blender with some veggie broth & BOOM epic soup😍. ⠀ ⠀ Mine was parsnips, tomatoes, onions, & garlic cloves. Added some homemade bread from our local bakery and it made the perfect lunch!! P.S. I love toppings like nuts, chili peppers, & cilantro (coriander). ⠀
