Vegan Sushi recipe

Sushi was something I never thought I could make. So when I went Vegan and it was hard to find sushi anywhere, I attempted the impossible. And it actually turned out really well and tasted amazing!

1. Cook sushi rice per instructions.

2. Slice all vegetables.

3. Place a nori sheet, rough side up, and put about 1/2 cup rice on it. Spread out with the back of a wet spoon. Leave about 1 inch of space on the top of the nori sheet.

4. Place all vegetables and tofu in a line about 1/2 inch above bottom of nori sheet.

5. Wet the top part of the nori sheet with water. Roll up the sushi as tightly as you can then seal the nori sheet.

6. Cut into 1/2 inch rolls.

9. Serve with your favorite sauces and top with spicy vegan mayo.

Vegetable Sushi Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked sushi rice

5 nori sheets

1 carrot, sliced

1/4 bell pepper, sliced

1/4 cucumber, sliced

1/2 avocado, sliced

Seasoned Tofu strips

Directions:
