Why am I sometimes unhappy? I get so focused working towards my goals, that the present moment often gets neglected along the way. My happiness then becomes result-based, instead of enjoying the process of getting there. “I won’t be happy until...” sort of vibe. If this is something that resonates with you, here is what I found to help me: Every day I try to focus on the little moments. Any moment that happens throughout the day that is positive, I take a second and really try to be present. It’s still a work in progress... This helps me walk away from my day feeling fulfilled♥️ and feeling an overall sense of happiness. Because I stop so often for the little things, it really gets me to live life presently instead of on fast-forward. This is the key for me to feel happiness right now. Not when results come in or when ‘this’ or ‘that’ happens. Because there’s always going to be a new goal to achieve, and you can’t let life pass you by!
